Welcome to Focura! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Focura mobile application (“App”), published on the App Store by Vladyslav Umrykhin (“Developer”), with operational responsibility and product oversight provided by Iliya Slavin (“Managing Partner”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

 

1. Description of Service

Focura provides micro-coaching advice using both AI-generated and locally stored content. Users can choose topics such as Productivity and Relationships and receive personalized guidance.

 

2. Subscription and Payment

Focura Premium is a monthly auto-renewable subscription.

 

• Price: $9.99/month (or local equivalent)

• Free Trial: 3 days

• Billing starts automatically after the free trial unless canceled.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

 

3. Content Disclaimer

Content in the App may be generated by AI. It is not professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, or financial). You are responsible for how you use it.

 

4. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

 

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
