Contract – End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“End-User”) and Vladyslav Umrykhin (“Developer”) for the use of the Contract mobile application (“Licensed Application” or “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.
1. Acknowledgement
You and the End-User acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.
Your use of the Licensed Application must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which you have had the opportunity to review.
2. Description of Service
Contract is a document comparison and text-analysis tool that allows users to:
• capture documents via camera or photo library,
• convert images to text (OCR),
• compare versions side-by-side,
• review discrepancy reports and store documents in iCloud (where available).
Some features may require an active subscription (Contract Premium).
3. Scope of License
The license granted to you for the Licensed Application is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The Licensed Application may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing, where applicable.
You may not:
• rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App;
• copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, or create derivative works of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
4. Subscription and Payment
Contract Premium is a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
• Price: $5.99 per month (or local equivalent)
• Free Trial: 3 days
• Billing starts automatically after the free trial, unless canceled before the end of the trial.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account Settings.
5. Maintenance and Support
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application, as required under this EULA or by applicable law.
You and the End-User acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
6. Warranty and Refunds
The Licensed Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Developer is solely responsible for any warranties, whether express or implied by law, that have not been effectively disclaimed.
In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the Licensed Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application; and
• any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of the Developer.
7. Product Claims
You and the End-User acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to:
1. product liability claims;
2. any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement;
3. claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
You and the End-User acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Licensed Application and its content are owned by the Developer or its licensors.
9. Legal Compliance
By using the Licensed Application, you represent and warrant that:
1. you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and
2. you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
10. Third-Party Terms
You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application. For example, if the App uses a cloud service, data network, or VoIP functionality, you must not violate your wireless data or internet service agreement when using the App.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Licensed Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data:

13. Third-Party Beneficiary
You and the End-User acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of its terms and conditions, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
14. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or the Developer. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and delete all copies from your devices.
