Welcome to Scan Prices. By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. App Purpose
Scan Prices helps users scan receipts, extract purchase information, track spending, organize purchases by category, and export expense data.
The app is designed for personal expense tracking, simple reporting, and spending awareness.
2. AI Receipt Scanning
Scan Prices may use artificial intelligence to extract information from receipt images, including merchant name, total amount, currency, date, and category.
AI results may not always be perfect. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted information before saving it.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you save, export, or share from the app.
Scan Prices does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
4. Subscriptions
Scan Prices may offer a Premium subscription.
Premium may include features such as unlimited AI receipt scanning, automatic category detection, smart spending insights, and export features.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
5. Free Usage
The app may offer a limited number of free AI scans. After the free limit is reached, Premium may be required to continue using AI scanning features.
6. Data Export
The app may allow users to export purchase data in spreadsheet-compatible formats. You are responsible for how exported data is stored, shared, or used.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, or remove features at any time to improve the app.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Scan Prices is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for inaccurate receipt recognition, missed expenses, business reporting errors, financial decisions, lost data, or damages resulting from use of the app.
